Hi All,
We are pleased to announce a PhD opening in the GNSS Lab at Curtin University, Perth, Australia. This position comes with a full scholarship and focuses on enhancing positioning availability and resilience through the integration of GNSS with 5G technologies.
We’re seeking an outstanding candidate with strong expertise in GNSS or 5G — ideally both. The applicant should have a Master's degree that includes a research component of at least 25%.
The successful applicant will receive:
* A tax-free stipend of AUD $37,500 per annum
* A full tuition fee offset (waiver)
* Medical insurance coverage for one person
The scholarship is awarded for three years, with the possibility of a six-month extension.
Applicants from non-native English-speaking countries must meet Curtin’s English language requirements — for example, a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 overall, with no band below 6.
If you're interested, please reach out via email: a.el-mowafy(a)curtin.edu.au. The scholarship is available immediately to the successful candidate.
Best regards
