On behalf of the Global Geodetic Observing Committee, I am thrilled to announce two events for later in the year: (1) the 🌍 GGOS - Global Geodetic Observing System Topical Meeting on the Atmosphere; and (2) the 🌍 GGOS Days.

To be held as consecutive events in Potsdam Germany, 7-11 October 2024. Details are below and on the website/s. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Each year, the GGOS Executive Committee organises the GGOS Days to update the International Association of Geodesy and GGOS communities on recent achievements and current challenges faced by the various colleagues involved in achieving the goals of the GGOS Strategic Plan. In the three days (7-9 October) before the GGOS Days 2024, the GGOS Topical Meeting on the Atmosphere will be held in the same venue. This meeting will provide an opportunity for all IAG components involved in atmospheric analysis to interact with each other and with colleagues from the International Association of Geomagnetism and Aeronomy (IAGA) to share their results and identify new challenges in this important field.
