This mailing list is operated by AAIS and is intended to serve the Australasian Information Systems community. It is an open, unmoderated list.

Messages should be sent to

ISAus is now configured so that only those who are subscribers can actually
send email to the list. This should dramatically reduce the incidence of
spam and virus attack through the list.

The down side of that, is that email messages will have to be sent to the
list from the address from which you subscribed. That is, if you subscribed as

then messages will not be accepted from

even though these may be valid ways of sending email to you.

This is an initiative of the Australasian Association for Information Systems.

Subscribing to IS-Aus

Subscribe to IS-Aus by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator.

    You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.

    If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options.
